This brief overview of a recent project we completed for Mardon Recycling Machinery Ltd proved how we turned what may have seemed an impossible situation, within the industry, into a reality.
They needed their new Mercedes Sprinter fitted out urgently and we not only provided a high quality solution, we did a full electrical and racking installation within 5 days.
See below a brief timeline of the install and what it included.
We had the new Mercedes Sprinter van delivered to us where we quickly started the electrical install.

Electrical Install
The electrical install was complete and tested. This solution included:
- 1000w Inverter
- Leisure Battery
- Smartbank Pro Split Charger
- Reverse Camera & Monitor
- Double Socket
All the electrics were installed under the passenger seat which not only protected the products but also meant it didn’t take up any space in the rear of the van.
A racking system from Edstrom, which comes with a 5-year guarantee, was installed and included:
- Drivers Side/OS – A length of racking with rubber lined shelves, plastic storage bins and a 2 drawer unit.
- Passengers Side/NS – A workbench unit with shelves and a 4 drawer unit. Also we installed a vice on the workbench
- Side door – A 6 drawer unit/toolbox with a tray top

This was our last day on this build and consisted of locks and shield plates fitted to both the side and rear doors and then a full test and clean up ready for the customer to collect.
Another great solution, in record time and a very satisfied customer.
